Pointing the Scapegoat

This Cricinfo article reminds me of my time under a Manager from Australia. It was quite a painful revelation (for the lack of better oxymoron term) working under her. She used to say:

“People are extremely nice because they are extremely incompetent”

Oh, and she hated the word try. Now, I don’t know how you would feel [...]

It matters what you guard

“The first testicular guard was used in cricket in 1874 and the first helmet was used in 1974. It took 100 years for men to realize that the brain is also important!” The species has to continue even if produces mad people. I think the priority is perfectly fine!
