This is what the Civil Liberty folks have been arguing and finally the Obama administration did something positive in the step towards exposing the previous administration’s attempt to tinker with fundamental Constitutional rights.

This is something that the nueve rich Indian urban class should learn from. Their hawkish and misguided agenda of tit-for-tat measures against terror perpetrators not only helps the right-wing agenda but also weakens the secular fabric as well as distracts attention from growing economic divide between rural and urban India.

We have more pressing issues at the grassroots level that needs to be fixed in order to pave way for a better life for future generations. Both the countries need to separate faith from administration and I suppose, India has to a lot of homework on that part!

With conservative think tanks like John Yoo, I guess the American Dream and the Constitutional Freedom is in jeopardy. I am highly surprised that University of Berkeley has him as Professor of Law. Shame Berkeley! Shame! Considering it as a birth place of the counter-culture movement, I am very surprised!
