Ramalinga Raju - Billy The Kid
Ramalinga Raju, the ex-CEO of Satyam Computers, after submitting his resignation to the Satyam Board, has decided to act in movies. In a joint venture between an Indo-US production unit, Ramalinga Raju is set to star as “Billy the Kid” in the movie. The movie carries the tag-line:
“I’m not black, I’m not white, not foreign, just different in the mind. Different brains, that’s all”
The movie is being produced by Satyam Corp Division along with an unnamed American production house and the Director of the film is confident that it will be a “coming of age film”. Later in the day, after submitting his resignation, Ramalinga Raju said “fuck off” to SEBI and NASSCOM. He thanked his afficianados (of the now defunct site, http://www.ramalingaraju.com) and said that he will do all that is possible to restore back his image. When asked about his comments, he said “satyameva jayate” (truth alone triumphs).
When asked how a 54 year old Raju will fill in the role of a youth like McCarthy (as “Billy the Kid”)? One of the representatives replied that “If NTR, Rajkumar and Rajnikanth can be a perennial heroes, then why not Raju Sir?”.
Sources close to Mr. Ramalinga Raju said that he plans to enter the Silverscreen and then announce a political party in the next 4 to 5 years. Raju is a very passionate man and he has always stood for the cause of the underprivileged. When we quizzed one of the close-sources about why would a person of such nature connive in an accounting fraud to the tune of INR 7000 crore? The Source said that Mr. Raju is like Robinhood.
