Pakistan to be the preferred Terrorism Service Provider

In an another development, Mr. Zardari, the President of Pakistan, declared that his country will be *the* preferred Terrorism Service Provider for rest of the world. After dedicating the state of art terror instituted in Islamabad, Mr. Zardari expressed confidence that his country has an inate ability to meet the global demand for terrorism.

Unlike its neighbour, India, that has been a leading hub for Business Process Outsourcing and Information Technology Enabled Services, Pakistan will focus on the niche market of breeding terrorists. In spite of the slowing global economy, the need for terrorists has never waned. He emphasized the fact that training terrorists has always been a high priority in his Government’s list and mentioned that the whole world has suffered from unprofessional terror tactics.

Apart from generating revenue, Pakistan will also focus on Foreign Direct Investors that are willing to fund the program. He expected great optimism from the Arab world and the hawkish neoconservatives of the western world in investing in the program. Mr. Zardari mentioned that Pakistan will provide cheap and passionate man power to terrorize the parts of the world that required their service presence.

The outgoing Secretary of State, Condoleezza Rice, on her meeting with Zardari clarified that this terror program of Pakistan will have minimal impact on the United States of America. She also expressed hope that Pakistan will continue to do a dry run of terror activities on its neighbours. Mr. Zardari assured Rice saying that the graduating class from the Institute of Terror will have their first field operations in India, as it provided ample prospects, especially with a conducive environment offered by their poor Intelligence and inept Administrative Officials.

The first batch of students are from a diversified set of Countries, with Sudan, Britain, Afghanistan, Chechnya and Indonesia. Ahmad Shuja Pasha, the current Director of ISI and the acting director of the Institute of Terror is already overwhelmed with the set of applications for the next batch. He only hoped that the Institute’s growth in future will enable it to set up franchise in other parts of the world.
