Can’t get a better summary of quotes from just one motion picture, “Into the Wild“. I can relate to the movie so much except that I always had great Parents (traditionalized and filled with naivety). Thanks Sean for making a wonderful film out of the non-fiction novel by Jon Krakauer.
“Chris measured himself and those around him by a fiercely rigorous moral code”
“Some people feel like they don’t deserve love. They walk away quietly into empty spaces, trying to close the gaps to the past.”
“And I also know how important it is in life not necessarily to be strong, but to feel strong…”
“Alex, you’re a hell of a young guy, a hell of a young guy. But I promise you this. You’re a young guy! Can’t be juggling blood and fire all the time!”
“If we admit that life can be ruled by reason then the possibility of life is destroyed”
“My days were more exciting when I was penniless”
