If the Governments can allow uncontrolled speculations in free-markets then why cannot other forms of gambling be legalized?

P.S: Bailing out erring Investment Banks with tax-payers money is only abetting to gambling. The CEOs of those investment banks (that either went bankrupt or shattered people’s confidence) that declared self-signed bonuses before the collapse should have been brought to Justice. Aiding private establishments with public money is height of irony!
