The only difference, the Government of India has no intention of interfering with the functioning of BCCI or IHF. Why would the Government interfere with such a lucrative organization like BCCI?
BCCI with all its money and muscle power can see to it who gets the Sports Minister Portfolio. They can even think about staging a coup and forming a puppet Government that would officially serve as a “rubber stamp” to BCCI’s demands.
