Travel Advisory to Madurai

The Madurai Chapter of Canine Society of India (hereafter, referred as CSI) has issued travel advisory warning to visiting/migrating Canines as well as Canines domiciled in Madurai and Ramnad districts. In a statement released to the Press Trust of India, the Secretary of Madurai Chapter of CSI listed out the following dates as *highly avoidable* and have raised the threat level to the maximum, as indicated by “Code Red”.

When asked about the specifics of raising the threat level to Canines, the Secretary pointed out Intelligence report of unprovoked stone pelting by drunken members belonging to a particular Caste or Political party. He was scathing in pointing out the inefficiency of Humans monitoring Law and Order as well as the destructive activities by other section of Humans.

In another development, the Pachyderm Society of India (referred as PSI) issued early warning to Pachyderm members to evacuate the Sabarimala section of Western Ghats and cross over to the TN section of Ghats in view of unruly behaviour of “Swami Saranam Junta” in the form of bursting Crackers. PSI’s repeated efforts to protect their members from the loud burst of Crackers has gone in to the deaf ears of Ayyappa Temple Management Committee.
